Based in Benhall, just outside the centre of Cheltenham Town is the large, impressive, Doughnut shaped building that houses the World renown Government Communications, Information and Intelligence Headquarters, G.C.H.Q.   Originally founded on the first of November 1919 and located at Bletchley Park it was known as the Government Code and Cypher School until 1946 when it changed names to become what it is known as today, G.C.H.Q.
